Winery Review: A delicious and fresh blend of Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Gris. Light aromas of fresh fruit and delicate white flowers start your journey, followed by crisp flavors of stone
and citrus fruit. A well balanced acidity
on the dry finish ends this French blend
beautifully.

My Review: The nose of this wine was very sweet and delicate. It also provided smells of a fresh white rose and other floral scents. Additionally, there subtle smells of perfume. The taste was very much like a sparkling wine or Champagne. Very easy to drink and although I did not have this wine with food, I would predict it would pair well with a savory cheese like sharp cheddar or Swiss.

I did not have this wine with food.
