Winery Review: Straw yellow in color with a soft, delicate perfume, fruitful flavor, dry and harmonious taste. Perfect with appetizers, soups, fish.
My Review: The nose of this Frascatti had hints of sweetness and baked bread. It also carried scents of citrus, but was not overly acidic. The taste of this wine was very solid and well-rounded. It was crisp in addition to having undertones of a tarte apple. I did not pair this wine with any food.
