My Review: The nose of this wine was hot and rubbery. There were heavy scents of spices from this Riesling, which to me was indicative of how various regions flavor their wines differently. To my liking, this Riesling was not overly sweet like most. It was very spicy and has a nice balance of sweetness and bitterness. It was also somewhat "musty" and contained a long finish. I did not pair this wine with any food.
