Winery Review:Grapes are meticulously sourced from our grape producers along the Coastal region of the Western Cape ensuring complexity and freshness in the wine. Indwe Sauvignon Blanc is full of layers, balance and persistence. The wine is imbued with tropical and citrus notes, with hints of melon and gooseberry flavors.
My Review: The nose of this Sauvignon Blanc offered hints grass and soapiness, while containing under tones of citrus or tart apple. As far as the taste, the alcohol really came through to add to it's mild finish. Overall there was good balance, and although I did not pair this with any food, I feel like it would pair well with some sort of fish like salmon.
